- Waist Measurement: taken at natural waistline, you can find this at the bend when leaning to one side.
- Hip Measurement: taken around the fullest part of the buttocks
- Torso Measurement: taken from the center of the shoulder, down the front, through the crotch, and up to the back to the starting point. This measurement is the most crucial.
